Our local move within Albuquerque went beautifully and we could not be more pleased. The planning for downsizing was very helpful. Everyone was so pleasant, considerate, helpful and speedy! The familiarity of the crew with La Vida Llena made the move run very smoothly. Even a short-distance move is stressful, but the team made it a very positive experience. We are very grateful and appreciative.

I’d like to report that Orlando and Gabe did an outstanding job moving my “stuff” 😀 to both storage and Bear Canyon. They were friendly, competent and focused. My house wasn’t easy and I, at times, was sad. But they moved forward professionally and kindly. I’m pleased I chose your senior moving company for my move.
About Seniors Moving just completed a move for my mom. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were helpful from start to finish. Jaysun spent time helping plan the move and developed a schematic to help my mom see what furniture would fit into the smaller space and plan the new layout. The packing and moving crew were amazing–not only were they timely, careful, and efficient, but they were patient and incredibly gracious even when some things did not go as planned. It was a long day and they never complained or tried to rush the move. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I forgot to tell you that I was also helped by your office personnel, namely Miguel, who made sure that I got a new floor map of my apartment when it turned out that the rooms were reversed on the initial map. I was delighted to receive the properly reversed map immediately after I called to mention it to Miguel.
I’m sure you know, but the move of my furniture into Manzano del Sol last Monday went very nicely.
Both CJ and Gabriel were wonderful to work with. They took care of everything extremely well and left my apartment in very good shape.

The move today was so perfect. Your crew were professional, quick and so personable. I cried and got very emotional when I saw the room and Chris helped me with one last thing I failed to communicate to them. I was amazed. I did get emotional and shared with them how difficult this is for families and having done this once under the emotional and physical toll it took it was so nice to have it completed today with professionalism, complete accuracy and timeliness. I was shocked at how they duplicated her apartment.

With unparalleled kindness and patience, Jaysun and his team moved my aunt and uncle from living independently in a three-bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom assisted living community. Despite the staggering and varying Covid protocols of the apartment complex and ALC heaped atop the regular hurdles of downsizing a pair of anxious and overwhelmed (and disorganized) seniors, Jaysun, Garrett, and Luke ushered all of us through the process with gentle and caring hands, and with smiles to boot!
Excellent Team! We had to move my mother to Assisted Living from Independent Living last week during this Covid19 lockdown. We had to separate the items for donations. They were Awesome! They packed her up, delivered her belongings then delivered the donations to a church fundraiser. This team was friendly and professional, and hard working. Kudos to Jaysun, Chris and Luke for a great job from beginning to end!

We had to move my mother from an assisted living situation into a memory care unit during the height of the CoViD-19 lock-down on group living facilities. About Seniors was not only easy to contact and responsive, they were understanding, caring, and very professional. The crew that moved my mother were very sympathetic to her situation and the inevitable confusion that her move caused her. They were efficient and careful with the move of her belongings. They took advice from me on how to set up the new room and then when that didn’t turn out to be practical (I hadn’t actually seen the room and was working from a floor plan) they made adjustments that worked out great. I highly recommend this company to handle moves for folks that need extra help to handle the fine details on their own, or for anyone that just needs personal attention and caring.
I have never had such an easy move! Jaysun and his staff are fantastic and went that extra mile to make this the easiest move ever. I had 3 days to get to Albuquerque from New York to move my mom from Re-Hab to an Assisted Living Facility and thanks to Jaysun and About Seniors Movers I did it! I met with Jaysun 2 hours after my flight landed, we went over which pieces of furniture would fit in her new, smaller apartment, he designed a floorplan, brought me boxes, tape and packing material (through the snow, at no charge). I choose to pack myself but they would have done it all.
Chris and CJ arrived on time at 9AM and 5 hours later her new apartment was set up beautifully, including hanging photos. In addition to their patience and kindness these guys know the needs of seniors who may be in wheelchairs or walkers.
Next step is getting all the stuff out of moms old apartment and Jaysun has already given me recommendations for that.

They unpacked my PODS, moved things from my house to storage and storage to my new house, and most recently and on short notice moved furniture so that carpet could be installed. The house was sold, she had not made the final decision as to where she was going to move. 23 years of going to garage sales had accumulated and she was “frozen.” Jane and her sister dealt with my mother’s temperament with kindness. They looked at the floor plan at Fairwinds then spent hours helping my mother to comprehend what would fit. Lynn efficiently packed for two days fast! We did a Happy Dance she got moved in with Lynn and Brian getting everything situated with her approval. He even hung a 50 pound mirror. About Seniors is the moving service to call don’t bother wasting time interviewing any others.
Brad and his crew (Orlando) moved my parents into an assisted living on Tuesday. There are not words to thank this amazing team. The move was about 180 miles from their home. Brad’s professionalism, kindness, tireless energy, and humor made this difficult time so efficient and comfortable for all of us. Brad’s dedication to my parents took him very late into the evening to their new home in order to set up their bed and the essentials needed for their first night. The following day he and his team unpacked every box, cleaned every piece of china before they placed it in the cabinet, hung pictures on the wall, and placed every piece of furniture perfectly. He knew the exact measurements of their new home and was able to move exactly what they needed and wanted. My parents are so very pleased and relaxed as there is nothing they need to do other than begin a new phase. This man and his team were outstanding, and I consider him a dear friend to my family. Before the day was over, Brad had sent us a video of the beautiful new home for my parents. I highly recommend this team. He is truly one of the kindest humans I have ever met.
